Benny’s Sports Development & Academy collects learner and guardian information and supporting documents to assess school applications, contact guardians and fulfil legal obligations. Only authorised admissions staff should access records. Please contact the school to request access, correction or information about retention and deletion. The school must approve and publish its complete POPIA privacy notice and retention policy before going live.
